muttwatch haiku
Muttwatch Haiku was introduced in Version 3 and quickly became one of the most popular features on the site. We felt that the next logical step would be a haiku generator that produced canine-related poetry based on user input. A poetry generator of this sort has turned into rather a larger project than we first anticipated. The initial building stages for the tool are complete, however, and we have made available for public testing the Muttwatch Haiku Analysis Machine™.
A Disclaimer
The original Muttwatch Haiku were harvested from the Internet and no authors could be reasonably attributed with credit. In most cases, these "found" haiku were slightly modified to adhere with our format. Several haiku added since were penned by The Operators and also appear uncredited. Any haiku submitted for inclusion on this site will be credited to the author upon publication. This byline will appear only on the complete haiku list. Any individual claiming authorship of uncredited haiku must submit proof of prior publication to The Operators to begin the process of proper accreditation. Any disputes over haiku authorship will be heard in the Copyright Crimes tribunal in The Hague.Persons filing false claims of haiku authorship will be summarily eaten by the Muttwatch Cast.We make this notice only to protect our own intellectual property.
